What do you gain by choosing Aspen alkylate petrol?

 

It is easy to see the great advantage alkylate petrol has over regular petrol. But how big a difference is there really between alkylate petrol and alkylate petrol? We had a coffee with Anders Danielsson, technical product developer at Aspen. In our interview, he provided answers to all your questions.

Anders, how does Aspen’s alkylate petrol differ from other alkylate petrol?

The big difference is our additive package and the carefully selected properties we add to our alkylate petrol. We have a unique formulation with components included that ensure the cleanliness, stability and function of the engine, among other things. Much of this is because, as the original, we were the first out on the market and are at the forefront when it comes to the development of alkylate petrol. The result is therefore consistent quality that stands above the rest.

How would you notice the effect of this in your machine?

The benefit of having Aspen in the tank is that, among other things, the engine stays free of deposits, meaning that it has a very high level of cleanliness and therefore lasts longer. The result is that the machine functions as it should throughout its lifetime, with significantly greater reliability between service intervals. In simple terms, it does not wear out prematurely, and starts as it should when you need it most.

Why is Aspen’s alkylate petrol better value for money than other brands of alkylate petrol?

In addition to our unique additives and the fact that we obviously follow the Swedish alkylate standard, I think that Aspen stands above the rest because we can ensure consistent quality.  Every day we carry out thorough tests on each production batch, which ensures the high purity and fuel quality which are our signature. We also have an extensive network of dealers and a support team that is happy to answer technical questions. In this way, we always maintain the same high quality, are always available and are always close at hand. I think that is worth the price.

Consistent quality, what does that mean specifically?

The fact that you can be sure that you really get what you pay for – a better fuel. There are many benefits to this, and I tend to highlight our unique fuel recipe along with our oil, which is extremely cleansing. It is ash-free and 60% of the oil is renewable while 80% is degradable after 28 days in nature. A really good thing, from which everyone gains.
